Grow Your Mental Wellness

It can be difficult to keep everything in check and not feel too overwhelmed when you've got too much to do.


Like today for me for instance. I knew setting up new web pages was going to be tedious and boring and take longer than it needed to because I'm a newbie to all this.


I'm still not sure it's correct. But what's the best way forward and to really know?


  • Finish what I can and use it.


  • See it on the web.


  • Keep researching and learning until I know more.


  • Pray I don't lose my details...


It's all about moving forward and keep up with trying, it doesn't matter how small the steps forward are and how slow progress is. One day things will fall into place and what seemed ridiculously impossible is one of the simple tasks you can do with your eyes closed.


I've got some odd posts and comments up on my mental well and health Insta and Pinterest pages - just musing from day that add to my mental wellness and health and resilience (although I think my Pinterest is going to be easier to find in Germany because of the username available to me, let's find out).
