Remember, this is just to help you manage and add clarity to your day if things are becoming overwhelming or perhaps you would just like to be a bit more organized.




5M PLAN

Map your day.... what events and tasks need scheduling today?

Meals for the day... what will you prepare/cook for today? Is it a day of fun and celebrating or are you focusing on specific dietary needs?

Movement for your day.... what exercise have you scheduled? A walk around the neighborhood? Gym? Online yoga? Cycling with family? How long is the session?

Mind management.... How did you feel on waking this morning? Is there something you need to discuss with someone? What was your sleep like last night?

Money... Do you really need to spend anything today? Have you shopped your pantry first?
