Hello, welcome to mental wellness and health.

First of all, thank for visiting my page; I hope you find some things of use in your mental wellness journey.  I've been a registered mental health nurse for over 15 years.  I have worked with all types of mental health conditions and supported many people to regain their sense of well-being to help then find new meaning in their lives.

I have a range of skills and techniques to support you and your mental well-being.  I believe in a more natural approach to health and well-being; the natural world and mindfulness have so much to offer that most people do not think of or underestimate the effectiveness of natural techniques.

I believe keeping it simple works best as we are all so busy with daily demands.  Techniques and suggestions offered in this blog can be applied easily to any type of busy schedule and family life.
